Rooms

Guests will have access to apartments with large private terraces, single rooms, and rooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms. All residents will have access to common areas: rest and relaxation rooms, laundry facilities, a fitness centre, as well as a restaurant with a large public terrace.

Services

The services will be at hand all year round, adapted to the needs of the market and the residents. The facility is being developed by MEGA S.A., acting as the General Contractor, which previously also developed a facility on Sobieskiego Street for the Collegia group.
